OOPS! Occasional Overdraft Privilege Service
Have you ever made a mistake in your checkbook? Had a transaction turned down at checkout? Milford Federal now offers Occasional Overdraft Privilege Service, or OOPS!.
Rather than automatically returning all non-sufficient funds items unpaid, we will consider paying your occasional and inadvertent overdrafts up to your assigned OOPS!TM limit of $800 for personal checking accounts or $1500 for business checking accounts. OOPS! is available with all Milford Federal checking accounts.
We will charge our customary non-sufficient funds or overdraft charge of $25.00 for each item that would create an overdraft on your account. Our fees will be added to any outstanding overdrafts you may have and will be applied against your OOPS! limit. We are not obligated to pay any item initiated for payment against your account if your account does not contain sufficient collected funds. Some restrictions may apply.
